Hubspot, the marketing platform to which we subscribe to, has a built-in Predictive Lead Scoring functionality which may be used for automated decisions. A Predictive Lead Score is assigned to each contact profile. This is calculated by an algorithm which combines user demographic information with behavioural data relating to user engagement across our various digital platforms, namely: marketing emails; website and landing pages; and social platforms. Predictive Lead Scores may be used to identify and prioritise opportunities for automatic follow up, whether by telephone or email.<\/p>\n
