TURPAK
Fleets with their own station Maximum Performance and Benefit
Turpak FCT (Fuel Management Technology) solutions offer an end-to-end solution for stations to manage their fuel consumption. The system gives managers the power to control fuel expenses by instantly recording fuel supplies per vehicle and stock records. Fuel Management Technology provides a suitable infrastructure for multiple stations.
Well Proven and Best in Category
The Ideal Solution for Fleets
Fuel Management Technology is the ideal solution that enables filloes with their own stations to control and reduce their fuel costs to an optimum level.
Significant Savings
The Fuel Management System provides significant fuel cost optimization to the fleets with the control mechanisms it provides.
High Efficiency and Control
The Fuel Management System records all supplies and stocks instantly and provides a high control mechanism with input and output reconciliation.
End-to-End Solution
Fuel Management Technologies can track the filling from tankers to tanks, from the pump to which vehicle and by which pump attendant, if any, for filoos that have their own stations.

System Components
ORTR
ORTR, RFID pump/driver identification unit is mounted on the pump. ORTR is connected to the IKU. In order for the pump to deliver fuel, the IKU needs to receive an identified credential. ORTR detects the pump operator or driver card information via RFID contactless or magnetic and transmits this information to IKU. If the card information is registered in the system, IKU approves the operation of the pump.
NANOPASS
Nanopass is a RFID Micro Vehicle Identification Unit with a very special security system produced as a first in the world. Nanopass is installed at the fuel tank entrance. It is a single piece unit and chip and antenna are integrated. When it is inserted with a special structure, it becomes unusable.
FuelOpass
FuelOpass is also the world's first RFID Vehicle Identification Unit with a very special security system and can be used with a ring antenna. FuelOpass is mounted on the tank of the vehicle with a ring antenna. The chip is separate from the antenna and is mounted separately from the antenna. The chip self-destructs when inserted.
WGT
The wireless RFID in the WGT pump guns mounted outdoors at the station communicates with the gun equipment. WGT routes the vehicle information received from the gun equipment to IKU over an encrypted security protocol.
Data Pass
DATAPASS, which is connected to the onboard computer system of the vehicles, is the unit that receives the mileage and engine hours of the vehicle and transmits them to the Station Control Unit via WGT. Micro DATAPASS is easily plugged into the onboard data input adapter in the interior cabin of passenger vehicles. Standard DATAPASS is connected by cable in heavy vehicles. It transmits information wirelessly to the WGT.
