TURPAK tank automation software is a fully online integrated software with TURPAK pump automation system and TURPAK market automation system. This software is integrated with many tank automation systems in the sector and there is a serious ease of use since the user accesses different systems with the same software, no matter which tank automation is in the station.

In addition, in line with the information received from tank automation systems, it reports tank inventories, alarms, fillings, tank leak tests, instant inventories, etc.

In addition to the limited storage capacity of tank control units, thanks to TURPAK tank automation software, this information is recorded in the automation system and all events that occur over the years are recorded.

Another advantage of TURPAK tank automation software is the automatic calibration of tanks. Tank automation systems require tank calibration after they are installed at the stations, regardless of which system is used. Tank calibration is an application that takes an average of 8 hours per tank, requires the need to rent a tanker and leads to the need to stop the sale.

It connects to Vehicle Identification Reader and card readers with IKU vehicle recognition software and monitors the Vehicle Identification System and Driver/Pumping System. Wireless gun readers attached to the pump gun detect the Vehicle Identification Unit in the tank when the gun is attached to the vehicle's tank. During the process, the fuel type of the vehicle and the amount of fuel it can take are checked and refueling is approved. The mileage and engine hours on the Datapass are transferred instantly with the refueling. Refueling is automatically interrupted when the gun is removed from the tank.

Measure Fuel Density Magnetostrictive Density Probe

The Magnetostrictive Density (MAG-D) In-Tank Probe with optional 0.1 and 0.2 GPH in-tank leak detection and water monitoring capabilities can be configured for several different tank applications.

The MAG-D probe measures fuel density to detect substandard fuel consumption. The Veeder-Root MAG-D probe features a special float system and is a cost-effective and practical way to continuously measure the density of fuel.

Designed for Alternative Fuel Environments Magnetostrictive Plus Probe

The Magnetostrictive (MAG) Plus Probe for alternative fuels/liquids is made of stainless steel tubing and can be configured for many different tank applications.

It is certified for inventory control, in-tank leak detection and water detection in multiple liquids including gasoline, diesel and liquids containing up to 100% alcohol. When used in underground storage tank applications, the in-tank probe solution is certified to US EPA performance standards and can accommodate 2", 3" and 4" float kits.

Using magnetostrictive sensing technology, the MAG Plus Probe for Alternative fuels/liquids gives tank owners the visibility to measure and identify multiple liquid readings such as height, liquid temperature and water.

MAG Plus Probe Installation Kits are available in 4" (except for gas, use the Phase-Two Separation Float kit instead), 3" and 2" float configurations.
All kits include a product float, water float (except Alternative Fluid kits*), Probe insulation sleeve, two ¾" adjustable adapters and cable. 2" kits also include two 2" non-adjustable adapters. In addition, the test times of the 3" and 2" float kits gave much longer results.
