Gilbarco Tank Otomasyon Sistemi Nedir?

Gilbarco tank otomasyon yazılımı, Gilbarco pompa otomasyon sistemi ve Gilbarco market otomasyon sistemi ile tam online entegre bir yazılımdır. Bu yazılım sektördeki birçok tank otomasyon sistemi ile entegre haldedir ve istasyonda hangi tank otomasyonu olursa olsun, kullanıcı farklı sistemlere aynı yazılımla eriştiği için ciddi bir kullanım kolaylığı söz konusudur.

It connects to Vehicle Identification Reader and card readers with IKU vehicle recognition software and monitors the Vehicle Identification System and Driver/Pumping System. Wireless gun readers attached to the pump gun detect the Vehicle Identification Unit in the tank when the gun is attached to the vehicle's tank. During the process, the fuel type of the vehicle and the amount of fuel it can take are checked and refueling is approved. The mileage and engine hours on the Datapass are transferred instantly with the refueling. Refueling is automatically interrupted when the gun is removed from the tank.

MAG Plus Probe Installation Kits are available in 4" (except for gas, use the Phase-Two Separation Float kit instead), 3" and 2" float configurations.

Main Screen

Instant data for all tanks in the station are displayed on an easy-to-use main screen. Data such as stock height and volume, height percentage and fullness, water height and volume, tank temperature, empty volume, tank name, fuel type, product name, etc. are displayed collectively on the screen.

Filling Tracking

Fills are recorded electronically, both in terms of actual temperature and in a 15 C compensated manner. The system gives the user access to all information about the filling and the filling data can be stored and checked at any time.

Automatic Calibration

Thanks to automatic calibration, the volume-height functions of the tanks in the system are checked and corrected online. New volume-height tables are created. In this way, the fuel quantities in the tanks are measured more accurately and precisely.

Shift Closure and Reconciliation

Tank shifts are closed in parallel with the pump shift at shift changeover. In this way, the amount of fuel coming out of the tanks and the amount coming out of the pumps in the same shift are compared. Pump-Tank reconciliation reports are created.

Leakage Tests

Any leakage is automatically detected by the system and communicated to the user. The detection of leakage can be done by the user by stopping the pumps or by the system automatically measuring the leakage at stationary times.

Alarms

All alarms (high - low heat or fuel, high water, all dangerous situations, etc.) are detected by the system and transmitted to the user. Data is electronically stored in the system and can be analyzed and reported retrospectively.
